Introducing PMA's Survey Training and Learning Resources Toolkit
Over the past decade, PMA has created and curated a vast suite of valuable resources, particularly for survey staff trainings and intentional self-directed learning efforts. Our training resources represent 10+ years of collective wisdom from our partner institutions in 11 countries, and their technical expertise in survey data collection and various areas of public health. Our learning resources provide intention, structure, and learner agency to support individuals and teams in driving their own learning, for continuous improvement. These resources were developed, adapted, and improved with the support, testing, and feedback of colleagues from our partner institutions.
The best resources we created to boost our enumerator trainings, improve our facilitators’ abilities, and support our survey staff’s ongoing learning, are now YOURS to use and adapt for your teams, your questionnaires, and your specific learning needs.
STLR includes a range of tools, around: training design and facilitation techniques; enumerator skills; survey skills specific to family planning surveys; technical survey skills; and self-directed learning.
