From the field: Zipporah Sakhasia (Resident Enumerator for Nairobi County, PMA2020/Kenya) shares her story about what it's like to play a part in helping her country's government improve the reproductive health of all its citizens.

As a PMA2020 Resident Enumerator (RE), Zipporah goes door to door, asking members of her local community about family planning, water and sanitation, and related health issues. She and other resident enumerators are the front-line data collectors and backbone of PMA2020.

Her blog post, "Transparency and Accountability: Taking the Measure of Family Planning Programs" is featured as part of the FP2020 "Progress is Rights" campaign, to celebrate three years of progress in family planning.

Family Planning 2020 (FP2020) is a global partnership that supports the rights of women and girls to decide, freely and for themselves, whether, when, and how many children they want to have. This blog is part of a series profiling the work of FP2020 partners around the world as they realize the human rights principles integral to family planning programs.
