Two page brief highlighting the increased use of the subcutaneous injectable (DMPA-SC or Sayana Press®) captured by PMA2020 surveys in the DRC (Kinshasa and Kongo Central) between 2015 and 2016 and Burkina Faso (national) between 2016 and 2017. PMA2020 is the first population-based survey to collect nationally representative data on the uptake of this innovative contraceptive injectable.
